As the Civil Engineers for Pier 5 located in Bayside Marketplace, we provided the developer Paving, Grading and Drainage Design for this project. This was achieved by proposing Nyoplast Drains throughout the site to collect any runoff at low points, which were connected to proposed small exfiltration trenches to avoid deep excavation, allowing the project to stay within timeframe and budget.
