The Ocean Bank Building on Lejeune Road near the 836 was doing a renovation of its tenant restaurant space and required various Civil Engineering components as part of the overall scope. As the Civil Engineers on this project, we designed the utility connections of the stormwater plumbing system to the site drainage system and connected it to a new exfiltration trench.
