As the Civil Engineers for this new Oceana Coffee shop in Lake Park, we provided the full Civil Engineer Service and oversaw this project from A to Z. We provided the design of Water & Sewer, Paving, Grading & Drainage, Signing & Pavement Marking, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention. We also provided the services of processing the Civil Engineering permits. Once construction began we provided Engineer Inspections as part of our Construction Phase Services and eventually assisted the client in certifying the project and closing out the permits.
